Answers and routes calls professionally, takes accurate messages, gives correct information and never leaves callers or visitors without an answer or a next step.

Manages visitor registers, access badges, deliveries and building security procedures, protects personal information (POPIA) and follows emergency procedures.

Opens the desk on time, maintains presence and grooming standards through the shift, manages breaks and cover, and hands over properly.
