Academic integrity & assessment

Designs assessments that are valid and hard to cheat, handles plagiarism and misconduct fairly and consistently, and applies assessment rules.

Student engagement & support

Engages students from diverse backgrounds, notices those at risk of failure or disengagement, and connects them to support without lowering standards.

Manages the school budget, fees or allocations, procurement and infrastructure lawfully and transparently, and makes trade-offs that protect teaching.
