Runs receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch to targets: productivity per hour, order accuracy, dock-to-stock and on-time dispatch, with daily routines to keep flow moving.

Inventory accuracy & stock control

Keeps system stock matching physical stock: cycle counts, variance investigation, location control, FIFO or FEFO, damages and returns, and shrinkage prevention.

Transport & distribution planning

Plans deliveries and collections efficiently: route planning, vehicle utilisation, carrier and 3PL management, delivery windows, proof of delivery and cost per drop.

Safety, compliance & housekeeping

Keeps the site safe and compliant: forklift and MHE safety, racking inspections, hazardous goods handling, OHS Act requirements, fire and security, and consistent housekeeping standards.

Team & shift leadership

Leads warehouse and distribution staff, including labour broker and temporary workers: rostering to volume, training, performance and absenteeism, discipline within labour law, and morale on long shifts.

WMS, systems & data use

Uses warehouse and transport management systems and scanning effectively: configuration, exception handling, reporting, and data analysis to find productivity and accuracy opportunities.

Customer service & problem resolution

Resolves delivery failures, claims, shortages and customer complaints quickly: investigates, communicates honestly, fixes the root cause and manages internal customers such as sales and production.
