You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. InterviewOnce is not responsible for unauthorized access due to negligence on your part.

By using InterviewOnce, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of information per our Privacy Policy, including the processing of video, audio, and text data for interview purposes.

Subscription and Payment

InterviewOnce offers various subscription plans for employers, including free and paid options. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Free Plan: Provides basic recruitment features at no charge.
Professional/Enterprise Plans: Provide advanced AI features and comprehensive recruitment tools for a recurring subscription fee.

AI Technology and Assessments

Our platform uses artificial intelligence for candidate assessment. You acknowledge that AI assessments are tools to assist, not replace, human decision-making. Results should be used in conjunction with other evaluation methods. The platform may be continuously learning and improving, and assessment criteria can be customized but must comply with relevant employment laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available through InterviewOnce, including but not limited to software, AI algorithms, interview questions, assessment frameworks, design, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of InterviewOnce or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will notify users by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and providing notice of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
